Grievance Redressal

At ONE NXT, we are committed to maintaining transparency, responsible content practices, and protecting user rights. If you have any concerns regarding the platform, its services, or any content available on ONE NXT, you may submit your grievance to our designated Grievance Officer.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, in accordance with applicable digital media regulations.

Content Compliance

ONE NXT follows applicable Indian Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We are committed to responsible digital content distribution and maintaining community standards for viewers.

All grievances related to content classification, viewer safety, or platform services will be reviewed by the designated grievance team.
